Order Processing

 

Please allow up to 14 days to process your order. Expect a confirmation email within 24 hours to let you know your order is being processed. If we anticipate that the processing time will exceed 14 days, the website will display a banner announcing a vacation period, along with the start and end dates.

 

 

Local Delivery

 

Orders placed before 5pm will be delivered up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Orders placed after this time will be delivered up to 14 days from the next business day after the date of purchase.

 

 

Flat Rate Shipping

 

Orders are generally shipped within 14 days using Evri's standard delivery. Shipping is charged to the customer with every new order. Additional shipping fees are incurred with exchanges and returns.

 

 

Shipping Rates & Estimates

 

We ship to UK (mainland), Ireland, Spain (mainland), Portugal, France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Greece, Poland, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, USA and Canada, using Evri's standard delivery. Shipping rates and delivery times for each country vary, as specified on www.evri.com. We do not ship to any countries excluded from those already listed.

 

 

Additional Shipping Charges

 

Incurred shipping charges for returns and exchanges will be invoiced to the email you provided with the initial purchase. This is usually a flat rate for standard shipping offered by Evri. A customer may choose to ship returns and items for exchange using Evri, or Royal Mail's Track & Trace service. The customer must provide a valid tracking number.
